How are you guys feeling now? I'd like to say that I'm proud of all of you and i know we all tried our best. Personally, I felt I left the stage with no regrets as I know it was our 300%, I felt it. Thank you so much for being with me, supporting me through our journey. I wouldnt have been able to get through this without you.

I know we all are disappointed, but dont let this hold you back or break you. Stay strong, for this is not the end .What's happened has happened, there's no point in burrowing yourself into it. All this means is that we have room for improvement and we will keep trying to make ourselves even better. So from now onwards, start thinking forwards, think of how you can improve yourself, give yourself a new goal to achieve and make sure you achieve it. I thought crescent's clarinets were really good, so that's my goal/challenge for all of us kay? For the rest of this year, let's work towards that tone and power as well as preparing the juniors for the next time.

Lastly,I'd like to say that Ms Chong has done and sacrificed so much for us, so really learn to appreciate her. We are very fortunate to have such a caring and dedicated conductor who's always so caring and encouraging and never once gave up on us. So please really treasure every band prac with her, always give your very very best for her because i know she does the same for us.
